Quality Assurance Unit
The Quality Assurance Unit at the Nile Higher Institute for Commercial Sciences and Computer Technology is one of the most important units that seeks to achieve the institute's mission and strategic objectives by spreading the culture of quality and applying academic accreditation standards.
The unit works on developing and improving the academic and institutional performance of the institute in accordance with the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, by evaluating performance and providing technical support to scientific and administrative departments.

The Quality Assurance Unit is committed to spreading the culture of quality, applying academic accreditation standards, and developing the institutional and academic performance of the institute in a way that achieves the satisfaction of beneficiaries and meets the needs of the labor market.

- Spreading the culture of quality among faculty members, students, and staff at the institute.
- Applying quality and accreditation standards issued by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
- Evaluating the institutional and academic performance of the institute and identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Developing plans for continuous improvement and development of the educational and research process and community service.
- Providing technical support to scientific and administrative departments in the field of quality assurance.
- Preparing the self-study of the institute and reports of programs and courses.
- Following up on the implementation of improvement and development plans and evaluating their results.
